If you want to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Vaku, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to soporte@vaku.mx with subject: Data Deletion Request.
- Include enough information to identify your account (email and phone number used).
- Describe the scope of your request (full account deletion or specific data).
Verification
For security reasons, Vaku may request additional verification before processing deletion requests to protect account owners from unauthorized actions.
Processing Time
Verified requests are processed as soon as possible. Typical processing time is within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law.
Some records may be retained when legally required (for example, fraud prevention, security, or regulatory obligations).
